Ductwork Products

HVAC Products

 Our 1600m2 factory is currently awaiting your business with a very dedicated team who manufacture our products in mild steel, galvanised steel, stainless steel, aluminium, pvc and plastic.

Ductwork Products

Cox Manufacturing has a full, two stage cut to length, automatic duct manufacturing line. This allows us to manufacture ductwork at high speed with CNC precision.

Spiral Ductwork Products

We currently manufacture spiral ducting from 150 to 1500mm diameter. Our machine allows us to manufacture round ductwork up to speeds of 35m per minute. Spiral ductwork is much stronger and has less leakage that conventional ductwork.

Welded Ductwork Products

Whether it is mild steel or stainless steel ductwork, Cox Manufacturing can fabricate fully welded ductwork up to 5mm thick. This is ideal for kitchen exhausts and high pressure ductwork.

Kitchen Ventilation

Traditional kitchen canopies as well as industrial exhaust hoods, are one of the many products we produce.

Flanged Products

We have the facility to supply a wide range of rolled sections to the market. This includes fan flanges, pipe joints and support brackets.

Site Installations

We also offer full installation of all our products including certified scaffold erectors when requested.

Silencers are used to reduce the noise level of plant equipment. We manufacturer a full range of silencers including rectangular silencers, round silencers and acoustic louvers.

Mining Products

Cox Mining is a division of Cox Manufacturing, brought to life due to the innate demand for high quality goods and services in the mine ventilation business. Our clients consist largely of mines, factories and air-conditioning companies.

Axial Flow Fan Products

Cox Mine Ventilation has a choice of heavy and light duty axial aerofoil fans ranging from 315 to 2000mm, available in direct and belt drive configurations.

Cox’s pvc flexible duct completes’ our full range of ductwork products. Our flexible vent ductwork can be supplied in both fire retardant and anti-static materials.
